Off To Search Engine Strategies in San Jose

It’s Search Engine Strategies time again, a large conference that attracts thousands of people looking to network, learn more about search marketing and party (you know how conferences are). They are held all over the world throughout the year but the biggest, baddest one of them all takes place in San Jose – Silicon Valley. And why not? Three of the major search engines are there.

I’ll be heading out tomorrow (Sunday) and speaking on the “Retaining Traffic After Moving Or Redesign” panel on Thursday along with Paul Bruemmer, Director of Search Marketing at Red Door, Scott Orth, Executive Director at Selytics and Navneet Virk, Search Engine Strategist at Roundarch. After the conference, me and my wife, Irma, head up to San Francisco for three days of R&R. While there, we’ll be going to Six Flags Marine World so I can up my coaster count (currently stands at 83) and may also visit the Stags’ Leap Winery who is a client of ours.

So blogging will probably be light next week if I blog at all. Who knows though.. I may get inspired to write or report about something. If you are attending SES San Jose, please look me up. That is one of the best parts of these conferences – revisiting with old friends and meeting new faces.
