		<description>They could be referring to where the ad ranks in a contextual environment? Quality score in this case may also refer to ad performance? I don&#039;t know. Knowing Google, they are only going to disclose so much information.

		<description>What I don&#039;t understand is they say landing page quality won&#039;t affect rankings, but AdWords&#039; help center says that the quality score is used to determine ad rank.  And landing page quality is factored into the quality score.
