Can You Rank For Dave Pasternack? New SEO Contest

Threadwatch is sponsoring a contest to see who can rank # 1 for the name "Dave Pasternack" by March 1st, 2007. Why? Because SEOs are tired of hearing this man continue to beat a dead horse. I wrote about his latest ramblings yesterday where he compared SEO to baking a cake.

The contest will award $1,000 to whoever wins. In addition to the $1,000 prize for the top ranking site, Threadwatch will also give away $100 to the most interesting PPC ad running at that time, as voted for by their editors. If Threadwatch.org ends up placing first, the prize will be awarded to the site ranked below them.

I typically don't get involved in SEO contests but seeing that I have written about Dave Pasternack and his ridiculous ideas twice now, why not. I'm in.
