PRWeb Adds New Features to Online Press Release Service

I received an email from the folks over at PRWeb over the weekend announcing some new features that have been added to their online press release service. These upgrades will enhance the effectiveness of press releases and user’s experience with their service. Following is a summary of the new features:

• Easy Submit - With the Easy Submit option, you can simply send PRWeb your press release, attachments and instructions, and they will place your release and do all the set-up per your directions.

• Campaign Prepay Calculator – Many users pre-fund their accounts to eliminate the time and effort needed to provide a credit card for each press release. PRWeb has added a new campaign calculator so you can accurately determine the total pre-funding amount needed for the desired number of press releases and add-ons you want for your campaign.

• Embedded Podcast Player – PRWeb has made it quick and easy for visitors to your press release page and the corresponding PRWebPodcast.com page to quickly and easily listen to your podcasts using an embedded streaming podcast player. There is no special software needed and the listener will not have to wait for the file to download.

• Console Improvements – The News Management Console is sporting a fresh, uncluttered look along with easy-to-use navigational pull-down menus. The new console pages load faster and are more intuitive to use.
