I really enjoyed the summary. The big problem with paid links is it almost impossible to compete without them. Most of the websites occupying the top spots have bought that many links to get them to the top, the only way to make money is by competing with them.

I think going underground is the best advice. Maybe not 100% ethical, but I would say it is pretty close if you post honest content.

The reason why Google is waging a war on paid links is because they work. However they are not going to continue to work if we don’t begin to be a bit more secretive about our strategies.

This is the entire premise behind our new site, Text Link Center which we plan to take out of Beta mode in the next few weeks.

We will soon be offering a $500 prize to anyone who can figure out the domain name of a site in our system simply because we believe that strongly in the security of our system.

Wow…somebody who actually gets it! I am completely blown away that someone else is trying to point out the current state of the text link economy if you will.

This is EXACTLY what we did with our new textlink system over at textlinkcenter.com

It is completely secure so that no urls are disclosed. In fact, we will be launching a security challenge that you can read more about on the site.

Also, we are trying to push links that are high quality and undetectable…so that they don’t get discounted by Google.

Currently, the big brokers are killing buyers in two ways.

Their sites are easily found and reported.

Their LINKS themselves are easily detected by Google’s algo. and discounted.
