SEMPO’s “2007 State of the Market Survey” Now Open

SEMPOSEMPO has launched their 4th annual “2007 State of the Market Survey” which helps paint a picture of where the search marketing industry is, how it has grown, how it is expected to grow, and trends for the future. They are seeking participants whether seasoned in SEM or still wet behind the ears.

As to why one should take the survey, they provide the following reasons.

  • Taking the survey will actually stimulate you to think about the resources you devote to SEO and paid search – which is a valuable exercise in itself.
  • First dibs – you will receive the preliminary survey results before they are released to SEMPO’s membership.
  • Support the SEM industry – this survey is highly regarded as a valuable resource for the industry.

I just completed it myself and it took all but about 5-10 minutes. The survey looks to be conducted by outside firms RadarReserch and IntelliSurvey and can be accessed here.
