John Terry From Australia is a Content Thief

In the latest scenario of content and copyright  thieves lifting copy from this site to use for their own purposes, I came across a John Terry from Australia who claims to be a web marketer specializing in SEO and SEM. Mmm... he also seems to specialize in stealing other's content.

In both John Terry's "professional directory submission" and his "link popularity building" services, he has completely stolen and used the content that we use for the same pages. In fact, not only is John Terry a thief, he is pretty stupid as well. In the Directory Submission page, which has links to several directories that can be submitted to, he leaves one of our own directories in place (example below). Like I am really going to allow this copyright thief to submit sites to a directory that I own.

John Terry - The Content Thief

I am writing about this here because John Terry has ignored my attempts to contact him. Instead he can find this post. John Terry, if you ever come across this post and don't want to be labeled as a content thief, pull our original content from your site and maybe, just maybe I'll delete this post.

Follow up: I was doing some follow-up of active sales leads today and discovered that this same guy had contacted us on 5/21 with an interest in partnering with us. He said that he was very interested in "being able to offer professional and white label SEO services" to his clients and prospects. I had replied with a typical form letter stating how we went about working in partner relationships. It was after this that Copysentry sent updates revealing that John Terry had copy matching ours. Did he take my response as a license to lift copy from our site or did he copy it before?

Sorry for all this bother David. I will remove all offending copy immediately having made this post.

My creation of the intended pages of my site reselling your companies services were never to this day created due to me having to take leave from my PC and other internet resources until just the last week or so.

Obviously I am not yet close to the action stage of business especially when all this copied content was as by the nature of "partner" to be selling.
Rather, reselling your content.

Thank you

John Terry
