While both Google and Facebook are different animals: Google being the current king of search and Facebook the king of social, it might be difficult to compare their advertising revenue in a typical “apples to apples” comparison. What I can say for sure is that the two online giants attract a lot of ad dollars.

So, I thought the following infographic from e-Intelligence was pretty interesting in the statistics it reveals about just how much money they generate. The infographic looks at top 10 countries for online advertising, total ad spend between the two in 2012, market share in 20102 and many other interesting data.
